SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Areas of Delivery:
Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping and Handling:
We charge $15 for Federal Express Second Day delivery and $ 25 for Federal Express Overnight delivery. Our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri, 10am- noon (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.
Second Day delivery: your order should arrive 2 business days after you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Overnight delivery: your order should arrive the next business day once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us at via email or by phone at 1 (800) 223-4008 (Mon-Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm).Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
Shipping to alternate addresses:
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Mikimoto is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: CA, CT, NJ, NY and NV.
