SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10am- noon (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.
Complimentary Federal Express Second Day Delivery.
$25 Federal Express Overnight Delivery.
$35 for Fedex Express Overnight Saturday Delivery.
Our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Second Day delivery: your order should arrive 2 business days after you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Overnight delivery: your order should arrive the next business day once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Overnight Saturday delivery: your order should arrive on the next day/Saturday after you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
Delivery Problems
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email or by phone at 1 (844) 341-0579 Sunday - Thursday, 10:00am – 11:00pm (PST); Friday - Saturday, 10:00am - Midnight (PST). Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
Shipping to alternate addresses
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Taxes
Mikimoto is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: CA, CT, NJ, NY and NV.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to our customer service center within 15 days. You may also return articles purchased through this Website to one of our four retail stores within 15 days for an exchange or store credit only. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.

Only articles purchased through this Website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 15 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please contact us at 1 (844) 341-0579 Sunday - Thursday, 10:00am – 11:00pm (PST), Friday - Saturday, 10:00am - Midnight (PST) to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this number on the outside of your package. Returns may be sent via an insured shipping method to our Customer Service Center at:

For security reasons, do not write Mikimoto on the outside of the box (just MKT). Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.
If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Mikimoto will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.
Mikimoto will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Returns to one of our four retail stores
You may also return articles purchased though this Website to one of our four retails stores (New York, Costa Mesa, Beverly Hills and Las Vegas) for an exchange or store credit only (no refunds). If the exchanged item is lower in value, you will receive a store credit for the difference. Store credits may only be redeemed at one of our four retail stores. They may not be redeemed through an online purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the online purchase is returned to one of our retail stores.
PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING
All orders are packed in Mikimoto signature boxes. You will have an option at check-out to indicate complimentary gift wrapping, and to create a gift message. The message will be printed on a gift card with matching envelope and included with the order.
